The Leaders of great companies are not only great at increasing
profitability, but they are also organisational architects determined to establish institutional excellence
for as long as the company is in business. Institutional excellence is a sustainable competitive advantage
that enables your business to survive against competition over a long period of time. "When institutional
excellence is in place, companies can achieve industrial leadership for generations."
In view of the importance and the relevance of sustainable ability to change, especially in today's world
characterised by rapid unpredictable change and volatility, "Managing Sustainable Growth & Competitiveness in the Globalised Era"
was chosen as the theme for the 2nd International CEOs Conference to be held on 15-17 June 2008 at the
Sutera Harbour Resort, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The conference, the second in the series, is organised by the
Yayasan Sabah Group (YSG) and managed by the Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI).
